Rates & Policies

RATES: Daily rates are $135 (effective Jan. 1, 2022) per night plus tax for double occupancy. For stays of seven days or more, a 10% discount will be applied. A 50% deposit is required when your reservation is made. If canceling more than seven days before arrival, a refund minus an administrative fee of $20. will be given. If canceling with less than seven days’ notice, a refund minus the $20. administrative fee will be given only if the room can be booked by another customer. A two-night minimum is required on holiday weekends. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in is between 3:00 and 5:00PM. Check out time is 11:00AM.

EVENTS: The Inn can be used for events such as cocktail parties or wedding gatherings by reserving all three rooms. On the ground floor a room is available for preparing for events such as weddings or family reunions.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES: We’re open year round. We’re sorry, but the Inn is not able to accommodate pets. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. TV is available in the common room only. There is no AC, but ceiling fans create a gentle breeze on warm nights. There is a bathroom on each floor and both are available for all guests.
