Your innkeepers Kevin and Kathy Sullivan look forward to welcoming you to their 1840s upstate New York farmhouse bed and breakfast. The house, located in a lovely rural setting, has been in the family since 1890. Originally a dairy farm, Kevin and Kathy and their family now raise Highland beef cattle native to Scotland, hogs, chickens, turkeys, and a variety of herbs and vegetables. Much of this produce can be purchased at their farm stand.

While staying at The Inn, you can experience farm activities or simply relax alongside the Toll Gate Creek next to the Inn or the Delaware River, which is a short drive away. The back yard of The Inn has a spectacular waterfall and the Little Delaware is a wonderful opportunity for trout fishing and is great for canoeing and kayaking. Nearby hunting, hiking, skiing, biking and other summer and winter sports are easily accessible. Visitors to SUNY Delhi will arrive at the campus in under ten minutes.
