BREAKFAST: Continental style with cereal, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit and daily prepared homemade coffee cake or muffins as well as coffee, juice, and a variety of locally blended Tay tea. Expect to be treated to the freshest local ingredients possible. If you have special dietary needs please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can make every effort to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:00AM.

COMMON AREAS: A common area with comfortable seating and a dining area is found on the first floor. A TV with Blue Ray disk player and cable access is available in the common room. Other amenities include wireless internet service, a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs, a patio and gardens, waterfalls and stream, indoor games, and outdoor space for activities or relaxing. Our farm across the road completes the vision of country life. The Inn is conveniently located on Route 28 making travel to Andes, Delhi and Bovina very easy.

Our rural setting boasts a multitude of activities such as golf, skiing, hiking, hunting, biking, riding, to name only a few. We are conveniently located near Delhi, Cooperstown, and Oneonta. Your hosts are happy to help you find activities that meet your needs from great area restaurants to shopping and outdoor activities.

CULTURAL DESTINATIONS: Cooperstown: Baseball Hall of Fame, the Farmers’ Museum, Glimmerglass Opera, and the Fennimore Museum. Other area destinations: The Delaware County Historical Society, Hanford Mills, the Delaware County Fair in August, Howe Caverns, Ommegang Brewery, Delaware and Ulster Rail Ride, West Kortright Performing Arts Centre, Foothills Performing Arts Center, and the Honest Brook Music Festival. Nearby Hobart, the Book Capital of NYS, will satisfy all booklovers.
